MVP Gold with prescription drug coverage offers you coverage from day one since you pay no deductible and have low copayments. MVP Gold’s prescription drug coverage includes three tiers of cost sharing and you can purchase up to a 90-day supply of your medication.
Retail
- $5 copayment for each 30-day supply of tier 1 drugs
- $45 for tier 2 drugs for each 30-day supply
- 25% coinsurance for tier 3 drugs for each 30-day supply
Mail Order Program
- $10 copayment for generic drugs for up to a 90-day supply
- $90 copayment for brand drugs for up to a 90-day supply
- 25% coinsurance for tier 3 drugs for up to a 90-day supply
