Full Time Employee – An employee who works a full time 37.5-hour workweek on a pre-established, consistent work schedule.
Part Time Benefits Eligible – Tier 1 Employee - An employee who works between a .8 FTE to .99 FTE (30 hours per week up to 37.4 hours per week) on a consistent work schedule basis.
Part Time Benefits Eligible – Tier 2 Employee - An employee who works between a .5 FTE to .79 FTE (18.75 hours per week up to 29.9 hours per week) on a consistent work schedule basis and Job Share Coworkers who work at least half time.
Non-Benefits Eligible Part Time Employee - An employee who does not fall into one of the above categories and are therefore not eligible for benefits.
Job Share Employee – Two employees sharing one full time position.
Non- Benefits Eligible Part Time and Temporary Employees are not eligible for participation in non-statutory benefits.
