Position Summary:
Provides high quality, proactive service to all Commercial members, employer representatives and prospective members via telephone or personal contact. Function as an expert benefit resource and articulate processes, policies and procedures for efficiently and effectively using the health plans. Process member issues to resolution; respond to inquiries and complete transactions (PCP changes, address changes, etc.), documenting all contacts in appropriate systems (Service Matrix, Medclass, AMISYS, etc.). Responsible for maintaining knowledge of multiple regulated health plans with many variations including diverse prescription drug riders for all products.
