Program Manager, Constituent Experience

Position Summary:
The Constituent Experience Program Manager supports overall Commercial growth through acquisition and retention marketing strategies by optimizing the experiences that key constituents such as employer groups and individual members have with MVP. Focus will be on driving new sales and retaining members by ensuring that critical constituent-facing processes are seamless and that communications touch-points are aligned across all channels. Apply strong marketing fundamentals to optimize marketing spend and processes across channels. Facilitate experience development around new product offerings, technology deployment and wellness initiatives so as to drive overall execution of marketing strategy. Provide marketing guidance to ensure that key client-facing operational processes promote a positive constituent experience and that marketing communications messaging is aligned with product positioning and other Commercial SBU strategic objectives. Vigilantly champion the client experience and incorporate improvement opportunities into business and marketing plans. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BA Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Five years of marketing experience. Ideal candidate will have experience in both business to business and business to consumer marketing and a mix of quantitative and qualitative marketing experience. Online marketing experience and process improvement experience.
  • Highly motivated self-starter. Ability to work independently and possess good judgment skills. Excellent planning, prioritizing and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to interact effectively and productively with internal staff, external customers, consultants and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet applications. Must be able to occasionally work irregular hours and be available for occasional travel.
