Position Summary:
The Supervisor-Web Security and Platform will supervise, plan, direct and assist the assigned web security infrastructure staff in a manner which supports our corporate strategic business goals. Will oversee the assigned infrastructure hardware, software, performance and maintenance and will assist in the review and selection of new technologies with the IT Architecture and Strategy group. Develops, implements and maintains department specific policies and procedures. Supervises staff including selection, orientation, training, performance management, counseling, and corrective action as needed. Handles policy and employee issues in conjunction with Human Resources. Provide detailed Project Scope, Architecture and Design of identity management security solutions that satisfy internal business customers requirements. Coordinates Infrastructure plans and efforts with the IT extended management team. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, routine maintenance and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Works with and assists team members in the Infrastructure & Technical Services group as well as other areas of IT in the execution of tasks in order to meet corporate objectives and project time lines. Works with the management team to define and maintain system availability. Hands on system administration and 7x24 staff support are required. Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services. Perform other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or business, or equivalent education and experience required in Health Care/Business Administration Minimum Experience: Five to seven years experience in leading major Tivoli deployments or managing Tivoli support teams. Five to seven years technical experience in architecting Tivoli, Websphere and Directory Server solutions. Required Skills: " Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management Security administration concepts, systems development life cycles, data dictionaries & access management " In-depth experience and knowledge of Tivoli Security Products, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, Tivoli Federated Identity Manager, Tivoli Directory Integrator, and the following middleware components: IBM Directory Server, Websphere, Websphere Portal, IBM DB2. " Ability to facilitate use of security-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services " Demonstrate advanced understanding of security business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related security standards " Understand complex business and information technology management processes " Management and architectural knowledge of the above systems and components. " Working knowledge of UNIX operating systems " Working knowledge of deploying Tivoli Security Solutions in a high volume, task oriented environment. " Deep understanding of Tivoli High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions. " Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. " Understands health care business and health care delivery process. " Strong customer service orientation " Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. " Keen attention to detail. " Available to work additional hours as needed. " Irregular hours and occasional to frequent travel required to other corporate offices or user location. " Weekend and evening hours occasionally required " May involve physical exertion at infrequent times while installing server equipment in computer room " Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
