Carrot and cabbage slaw with rice vinegar dressing and dry roasted peanutsIngredients 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey and soy sauce. Add carrots and cabbage. Toss to blend. Sprinkle peanuts on top and serve.
