Instructions Warm the refried beans and tortillas in a 250-degree oven or a microwave. Spoon equal portions of beans and grated low-fat cheese onto the lower half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla around the beans as if it were an envelope. Place a tablespoon of sour cream on top of each burrito and sprinkle the diced vegetables on top. (You may add 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro to the sour cream mixture for color and flavor.)
