BridgeWell- Full Coverage for the Care Employees Use Most

A deductible plan works similarly to auto or home insurance. Each employee has an annual deductible and that deductible must be met before certain health services are covered.


MVP’s BridgeWell goes well beyond typical deductible plans, offering employees important initial coverage for commonly accessed services, including:

  • $300 for Primary or Urgent Care—employees are entitled to $300 per member, to use toward any primary or urgent care visit above and beyond their annual physical which is also covered in full.
  • $300 for Lab Work—employees can get up to $300 per member, covered in full, for services like blood tests, strep tests and more.
  • $300 for Radiology Work—the first $300 in radiology work per member is covered in full, allowing for X-rays, ultrasounds, CAT scans and more.
  • Members can also take advantage of one Emergency Room visit at a $300 copay— providing for greater peace of mind during some of life’s more unexpected moments.

And beyond the upfront paid-in-full benefits, employees are still covered with the deductible and coinsurance.
