MVP wants to help you and your family lead healthier lives. That’s why we offer the HealthyYou program to all MVP Option and MVP Option Family plan members.


Want to learn more about healthy diets and managing your weight? Looking for tips on how to be a good parent or how to beat the smoking habit? With HealthyYou, getting started just got easier!

 

What is HealthyYou?

HealthyYou is a part of the MVP Option and MVP Option Family health plan. It is free to all MVP Option and MVP Option Family members. HealthyYou includes classes and programs to help you get and stay healthy.


Who is eligible for HealthyYou?
All MVP Option and MVP Option Family members are eligible to take HealthyYou classes and programs.
