Medicaid Member Handbooks Option Option (en Español) Family Health Plus Family Health Plus (en Español )	Your handbook helps you understand how your new health care system will work and how you can get the most from MVP Option. This handbook is your guide to health services. It tells you the steps to take to make the plan work for you.
Population Health Management programs	MVP Health Care offers Population Health Management programs in areas such as back care, cancer care, and diabetes care.
HealthyYou sm Programs and locations	Free classes and programs to help MVP Option and MVP Option Family health plan members get and stay healthy.
Baby Love Program Prenatal Risk Form	MVP refers members to the Baby Love Program at Strong's Golisano Children's Hospital. MVP Health Care mandates the completion of this prenatal risk form by physicians to help identify members for the program. If a form is not submitted, any claim(s) for the delivery will deny.

Online Health Center for Parents	NEW! Thousands of articles (many available in Spanish), interactive tools, a special pregnancy & newborns center and much more to empower parents! Content is provided by the Nemours Foundation of Children's Media.
Intiatives	Description
Patient Safety Programs & Resources	Highlights of local and national initiatives in which MVP participates to reduce medical errors and increase patient safety; with links to online resources that doctors can share with patients.
