MVP wants to help you and your family lead healthier lives. That’s why we offer the HealthyYou program to all MVP Option, MVP Option Family, and MVP Option Child plan members.


Want to learn more about healthy diets and managing your weight? Looking for tips on how to be a good parent or how to beat the smoking habit? With HealthyYou, getting started just got easier!

 

What is HealthyYou?

HealthyYou is free to all MVP Option, MVP Option Family, and MVP Option Child members.  HealthyYou includes classes and programs to help you get and stay healthy.

Who is eligible for HealthyYou?
All MVP Option, MVP Option Family and MVP Option Child members are eligible to take HealthyYou classes and programs.

What programs are included?
