1) Determine if the medication you take is available through the Medco Pharmacy. Click here to search our database. If your medication is listed as "Available from the Medco Pharmacy," you may order up to a 90-day supply. If your medication is not in our database, contact the Member Services department at the phone number listed on your identification card.
2) Get a prescription from your doctor. For your first order, ask your doctor to write two prescriptions, one for up to 30 days to be filled at your local pharmacy and one for up to 90 days to be sent to the Medco Pharmacy.
3) Obtain and complete all mail service forms as follows :

4) Determine your copayment. Generally, members will receive three months of maintenance medications for a reduced co-payment . If your health plan includes a 50% prescription benefit, you will pay 50% of the discounted mail order price. Payment must be included with all orders. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment however checks and money orders are accepted.
5) Mail in your order. After you have completed the the Medco Pharmacy Order Form and the HMQ Form (must be filled out the first time you use the Medco Pharmacy), attach your 90-day prescription(s) and include your co-payment or credit card information and send everything to:
