CuraScript Pharmacy provides specialty injectable medications to MVP members. If you are using an injectable medication to treat conditions such as: Multiple Sclerosis, Hepatitis C, Infertility, or Growth Hormone Deficiency, you will receive many value added services by using CuraScript such as:

• Free home delivery of medication (normal pharmacy copayment applies)
• Ready access to a staff of pharmacists, nurses and care coordinators who are specialists on the medications they provide and the conditions they are used to treat
• Educational support or home instruction available
• Ancillary supplies such as syringes and needles at no additional charge
• A higher level of coordinated care with physicians in regard to these medications

Using CuraScript will save you trips to the pharmacy and you'll receive additional services for free.

Filling a new CuraScript Prescription? Follow these easy steps.

1. Click Rx Search to determine if a medication is available through CuraScript. If your medication is included in our database and listed as "Available through CuraScript", you may order up to a 30-day supply with a doctor's prescription.
   
   
2. Check Rx Search to determine if the medication requires Prior Authorization. MVP's prior authorization process does not change when you use CuraScript. Your doctor will still obtain prior authorization from MVP for specialty injectable medications.
   
   
3. Call your doctor. Once authorization is obtained, your doctor may fax or call your prescription to CuraScript Pharmacy. You can also mail your prescription to CuraScript.

4. Contact CuraScript by calling toll free (866) 687-9722. CuraScript has dedicated a team of their employees to MVP members. They will arrange for both the copayment and the delivery of your medication. They will also ask some additional health questions at this time.

CuraScript Refills
CuraScript is proactive in contacting members with refill reminder phone calls. The care coordinators contact you 7 days prior to your refill date to ensure that you receive your medication on time.
