I have a prescription on file at a retail pharmacy; can I order refills from CuraScript?
Call CuraScript toll free at (866) 687-9722. They have dedicated care coordinators for MVP members who will assist you in transferring your
prescription to CuraScript. You can also get a new prescription from your doctor and follow the "Filling a new CuraScript prescription"
instructions on the CuraScript page.
How do I order refills?
CuraScript is proactive in contacting members with refill reminder phone calls. The care coordinators contact you 7 days prior to your refill
date to make sure that you receive your medication on time. You can also order refills via the phone or U.S. mail.
How long will it take to receive my prescription?
Most prescriptions will be processed the same day they are received, as long as all the information needed to fill the prescription has
been provided and prior authorization has been given. CuraScript has the ability to track shipments of all medications and inform you of
the time of delvery. CuraScript will always contact you prior to shipping your medication for specific delivery instructions.
How much medication can I order through CuraScript?
You can order up to a 30 day supply.
Will I have to pay a copayment for my medication?
Yes. Your normal pharmacy copayment applies.
How can I pay for my CuraScript prescriptions?
Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card.
Can I speak with a pharmacist when I use CuraScript Pharmacy?
