How long will it take to receive my prescription?
Prescription orders are usually filled and shipped within 48 hours of their receipt. MVP recommends that you order two to three weeks before you will need your medications to save on rush delivery charges and avoid possible problems if your shipment is delayed.

You can order up to a 90-day supply. Prescriptions for fewer than 90-day supplies can be purchased through mail order, but due to the smaller volume, there is no savings for the member.

Will I have to pay a copayment for my drugs?
Yes. Copayments apply to mail order purchases, but are usually reduced when compared to the same amount of medication obtained elsewhere.

What if I have 50-percent drug coverage?
With 50-percent drug coverage, you would pay 50 percent of the discounted mail order price for each medication purchased–saving you money.

How can I pay for my mail order prescriptions?
Checks, money orders or major credit cards can be used to cover your copayments. Credit cards are preferred to allow for variations in the prices of drugs.
