How do I order refills?
Refills are easy with the MVP Mail Order Pharmacy, because you can do it via the phone, mail or online. Simply go the Refills page, or connect directly to Medco.

How long will it take to receive my prescription?
Prescription orders are usually filled and shipped within 48 hours of their receipt. MVP recommends that you order two to three weeks before you will need your medications to save on rush delivery charges and avoid possible problems if your shipment is delayed.

How much medication can I order through the Mail Order Pharmacy?
You can order up to a 90-day supply. Prescriptions for fewer than 90-day supplies can be purchased through mail order, but due to the smaller volume, there is no savings for the member.

Will I have to pay a copayment for my drugs?
Yes. Copayments apply to mail order purchases, but are usually reduced when compared to the same amount of medication obtained elsewhere.

What if I have 50-percent drug coverage?
With 50-percent drug coverage, you would pay 50 percent of the discounted mail order price for each medication purchasedsaving you money.

Checks, money orders or major credit cards can be used to cover your copayments. Credit cards are preferred to allow for variations in the prices of drugs.

Yes! Pharmacists are available through our mail order benefit provider to answer questions or concerns regarding your medication toll-free at 1-800-716-3752. In an emergency, a pharmacist will respond to your call promptly 24 hours a day.
