Filling a new Mail Order prescription?
Follow these five simple steps:

1) Click Rx Search to determine if a medication has been approved for mail order. If your medication is included in our database and listed as "Available Through Mail Order," you may order a 90-day supply with a doctor's prescription form.

4) Determine your copayment. Generally, MVP members receive three months of mail order medications for the cost of two months of copayment, or 3-for-2 savings. In other words, say your normal prescription copayment is $20 for a 30-day supply. With the MVP Mail Order Pharmacy, you will pay $40 for a 90-day supply–instead of $60–a savings of $20! If your health plan includes a 50% prescription benefit, you will pay 50% of the discounted mail order price. Call 1-800-716-3752 for prescription pricing information.

5) Mail in your order. Complete and sign the order form and attach the 90-day prescription with your copayment or billing information. Then, mail everything to:

When you need to refill a prescription that is already on file with Medco, simply choose one of the following...

Refill By Phone:
Call toll-free 1-800-716-3752. Have your prescription number, name and credit card information available.

Refill Online:
Click here to connect directly to Medco and order your refills over the Internet. Simply enter your prescription numbers, method of payment and contact information and your refill medications will be filled and delivered to your doorstep.

Refill By Mail:
Complete the order form enclosed with your most recent delivery from Medco and, if your health has changed, update your health profile. Complete the refill section, enclose payment and mail to: Medco
