Join us as we whittle away the concerns of youth and step into a new kind of paradigm about what it is to “Age Well.” This six-week program will explore thought provoking questions to help you align your desires, wishes, and hopes for your personal end of life vision. Develop a proactive plan for fall prevention and healthy aging as you identify your specific factors for risk, and identify priority action steps to overcome fears around these issues. Anyone who has fears or concerns about end of life or fall injury can benefit from this series.
