This class will offer basic yoga postures to improve strength, flexibility and balance and will be taught in a vinyasa or flow format utilizing proper and deep breathing techniques for standing, seated floorwork and relaxation exercises to increase overall health and reduce stress and tension. A yoga mat is recommended for this class. This is a eight-week virtual program that meets on Mondays.


Meets: Weekly on Mondays, 12-1 pm, April 25 through June 13

Intensity Level: Easy to moderate, seated on the floor and standing poses
