Stay as mobile and strong as possible! This chair-based class emphasizes strengthening, limbering and stretching exercises for upper and lower limbs. This is a six-week in-person program that will meet on Tuesdays. Please note the instructor will be on site to teach July 13, 20 and 27 and then will be streamed on the screen at the Senior Center for the remaining three classes. The Niskayuna Senior Center will be open for class all six weeks.

Meets: Weekly on Tuesdays, 1-2pm

Intensity Level: Easy to moderate; seated and standing options, weights optional

Fully vaccinated participants do not need to wear a mask or adhere to social distancing unless they choose to for health and/or personal reasons.
