Interested in Tai Chi for Health but want to experience the practice from a chair? This one-time demonstration will introduce participants to the practice of seated Tai Chi for health.  Many participants find that daily practice of seated Tai Chi can reduce falls, relieve pain, and improve their quality of life. We recommend comfortable clothing, proper footwear. Choose a chair that is sturdy and comfortable, preferably without armrests.
