MVP is excited to offer members and nonmembers a complimentary 1:1 Mindfulness Session in partnership with Nicholas Clay, Performance-Based Mindfulness Coach. This 60-minute session aims to introduce mindfulness coaching and cover three components including

•   Discussing where you are in life/way of being and where you want to be

•   Reviewing the building blocks of mindfulness and creating an understanding of ego, awareness, and consciousness

•   Diving deeper to distinguish key experiences which may have created a fixed way of being, helping to remove blocks and allow a new freedom and way of being to emerge
