In partnership with Mental Health Association in New York State (MHANYS). Explore the expressions of grief and loss and why supporting the grieving process is important for wellbeing. This training will provide a framework for recognizing when grief becomes a mental health concern.
Participants will learn to understand:
• The importance of engaging in the grief process
• The mind-body connection of grief
• Supportive responses to grief and loss
• Culture and ceremony in processing grief
