A whole-body fitness / wellness workout that combines strength training and stretching to improve posture, joint alignment, mobility, stability, and provide pain relief. The recommended equipment to enhance this workout is a resistance band and two furniture sliders or paper plates. This is a ten-week virtual program that meets on Fridays.


Meets: Weekly on Fridays, 12-1 pm, April 15 through June 17

Intensity Level: Moderate to advance, modifications offered for all levels
