Details

A fun, friendly, aerobic workout anyone (including beginners) can do! This class combines fast and slow low-impact exercises, set to Latin and dance rhythms. It incorporates light weights to focus on strengthening your muscles. Light hand weights are recommended for this class. This is a six-week virtual class that will meet on Tuesdays.


Meets: Weekly on Tuesdays, 10:15am-11:15am

Intensity Level: Moderate to advanced; cardio and strength training with modifications offered.
