Experience the benefits of increased flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as a sense of peace and calm through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers. This is a ten-week virtual program that meets on Tuesdays.


Meets: Weekly on Tuesdays, 10-11 am, April 12 through June 14

Intensity Level: Easy to moderate; seated and standing options, no floorwork.
