Designed for all levels of fitness! This circuit training class includes low impact aerobics, weight training, and balance exercises to enhance strength, coordination, and endurance. A sturdy armless chair, and light to medium hand weights and/or resistance bands are recommended, but not required. This is a 10-week virtual that will meet on Fridays. Click here to register!
