This class will focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, lengthening tight muscles and finding balance. Find a deeper mind/body connection while moving your body in a safe and efficient way! The recommended equipment to enhance this workout is 2-3 lb. hand weights and a medium size ball (bigger than a baseball and smaller than a bowling ball). This is a ten-week virtual program that meets on Thursdays.


Meets: Weekly on Thursdays, 12-1 pm, April 14 through June 16

Intensity Level: Moderate to advanced, modifications are offered for all levels
