Designed for all levels of fitness! This circuit training class includes low‑impact aerobics, weight training, and balance exercises to enhance strength, coordination, and endurance. This is a ten-week virtual program that meets on Tuesdays.


Meets: Weekly on Tuesdays, 9-10 am, April 12 through June 14

Intensity Level: Moderate to advanced, modifications are offered for all levels
