Designed for all levels of fitness! Your instructor will guide you through a series of timed exercises including low‑impact aerobics, weight training, and balance exercises to enhance strength, coordination, and endurance. Light to medium weights will be used but are optional. This is a ten-week virtual program that meets on Tuesdays.
