MVP is excited to announce a combination of in-person and web-based Living Well Program offerings with the Rochester Brainery to provide engaging and unique wellbeing opportunities. Rochester Brainery is a community classroom and event space that brings in local Rochester professionals to teach and educate on a variety wellness related topics, skills, and crafts. The MVP Collection of Classes include nutrition education, career development workshops, mindfulness, yoga, and tai chi classes, wood carving, knitting, calligraphy classes, and a plethora of other classes to choose from. MVP members and non-members are eligible for a $15 discount that can be applied to any of the classes within the MVP Collection at the Rochester Brainery.
