Use pelts, feathers, and a track sheet to learn how animals use their energy during the colder months, then head outdoors to search for wildlife homes, tracks, and other signs of animal activity. If snow cover be light or non-existent, the class will head out on foot. Wear sturdy winter boots and dress in layers.
Snowshoes are available for a $5 rental fee. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for program check-in and to be fitted for snowshoes, if needed.
