Falls are serious! This 3-part series will help you create strategies to decrease your risk of falling and teach simple, effective strength and balance exercises. This is a 3-part series meeting on 3 consecutive Wednesdays. MVP Members only.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing and supportive footwear. You will need a sturdy chair, preferably without armrests as well.
