This safe, easy to learn program created by Dr. Paul Lam helps relieve pain, reduce falls, and improves quality of life. There are many forms of Tai Chi, this specially designed program by medical and Tai Chi experts focuses on the health benefits for people with Arthritis. Please note: An Arthritis diagnosis is not required to benefit from this exercise program. This is a ten-week virtual program that meets on Fridays.


Meets: Weekly on Fridays, 10-11 am, April 15 through June 17

Intensity Level: Easy gentle movements, modifications offered for all levels
