Join us for an introduction to Tai Chi! Described as “meditation in motion,” the benefits of Tai Chi can include improved balance, flexibility, muscle strength and aide with Fall prevention. This is a six-week in-person program.


Meets: Weekly on Thursdays, 1-2pm

Intensity Level: Easy, modifications offered for all levels

Fully vaccinated participants do not need to wear a mask or adhere to social distancing unless they choose to for health and/or personal reasons. We encourage non-vaccinated participants to continue to practice all Covid-19 safety precautions (wear a mask, social distance, etc.). For the well-being of all program participants, we request that you stay home if you have Covid-19 symptoms or test positive for Covid-19.
