This recorded yoga series focuses on Vinyasa Yoga, commonly referred to as “flow yoga.” The class will begin with grounding and centering the body and mind and will transition to a Vinyasa flow to help warm up the muscles. The class will conclude with a restorative/Yin focus on deep stretching while teaching the body and mind to let go. All four classes will be approximately one hour in length and appropriate for all levels. Register now!
