In participating in a guided mindfulness meditation, you will be guided to the peaceful place in your mind and experience a level of presence you most likely do not experience regularly. Mindful meditation is designed to get us behind our thoughts and teaches us how to observe them without attaching ourselves to them. This allows for a rejuvenating experience and one that is void of all the thoughts you may normally carry throughout your days.
