In partnership with Planted Platter, this hands-on, plant-based nutrition and cooking class, you will learn about the key role of healthful eating habits and other lifestyle factors in heart health. You will help to prepare three plant-based dishes and receive recipes, cooking tips, and detailed resources on healthy plant-based nutrition. A short video segment by medical professionals will present proof of the effectiveness of a plant-based diet in improving heart health and a variety of other chronic diseases. Attend this event to learn how simple changes to what you eat can improve your health and overall quality of life.
