In partnership with In My Mothers Womb Sacred Medicine. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to understand and manage our emotions, as well as connect with the emotions of others. Resilience is the inner strength that helps us bounce back when life gets tough.
Together, they allow us to handle challenges with calm and stay connected to ourselves and others, even in difficult times. This workshop introduces EQ and Resilience and aims to:
- Help participants recognize, understand and manage their emotions effectively
- Explore the interconnectedness of how thoughts influence emotions, behaviors and relationships
- Introduce reflective practices such as mindfulness, breath-work and journaling
