Qi-Gong/Tai Ji Moves at Saratoga Senior Center
This class will focus on the fundamentals of Qi-Gong and Tai Ji emphasizing good alignment and working on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance while stressing quality over quantity. No previous experience is required. One should wear loose, comfortable clothing with soft soled shoes offering good foot support. This is an eight-week in-person program that will meet on Thursdays.
