Learn practical coping solutions and strength and balance exercises to diminish your fear of falls and reduce your fall risks and hazards. Please note this is not an exercise-focused class it is mainly educational with practice exercises provided. It is recommended to receive the full benefit of this program; you should attend all 3 classes.
