Strength and Striders at Malta Community Center

Details

You will gain strength, coordination and improve your balance as you move through this circuit training class that incorporates weights and balance exercises and low-impact cardio as you walk the perimeter of the gym at your own pace. This program is designed for all fitness levels with modifications offered. This is a six-week in-person program that will meet on Thursdays.

Registration: Register at the Town of Malta Parks, Recreation & Human Services website or come to the community center at 1 Bayberry Drive, Malta to register in person.
