Strength and Striders at MVP Fitness Court at SUNY Schenectady

Expect a fun, full-body workout as you move through seven timed court stations. Exercises in the circuit are designed to help you improve strength, muscle endurance, agility, flexibility, balance, and low-impact cardio-walking will be incorporated. A warm-up and cool-down are provided. This is an eight-week in-person outdoor program that will meet on Wednesdays.
