Strength and Striders at Tawasentha Park Fitness Court

Details

Expect a fun, full-body workout as you move through seven timed court stations. Exercises in the circuit are designed to help you improve strength, muscle endurance, agility, flexibility, balance, and low-impact cardio-walking will be incorporated. A warm-up and cool-down are provided.

Fitness Court programs are open to all – participants do not need to be Town of Guilderland Residents.
