The Art of Mindful Eating

In partnership with Root3d, a Legacy Company. In this interactive group (held while eating lunch), we will explore the concept of mindful eating and it's benefits for overall well-being. Participants will learn mindful eating techniques such as cultivating presence, engaging the senses, and savoring each bite, with an opportunity to put what we learn into practice as our instructor, Mizana Munir, leads us through a guided mindful eating exercise.
