Triple Threat 518 at Prospect Park


Triple Threat 518 is a movement practice that incorporates all intensity levels.  We encourage and guide participants to modify any part of the practice that they need to make the hour most beneficial for themselves. Warming up thoroughly with a Zumba dance session by Anzala Alozie, we then move into HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Analusette Shaello and close with a gentle yoga practice which incorporates stretch, breathing focus and mindful relaxation with Nikki Rogers. *Participants should bring a yoga/fitness mat and plenty of water
