• Emotional eating awareness: Understand the connection between emotions and eating habits and how they affect our relationship with food.

• Mindful eating for emotional well-being: Explore techniques to manage emotions without using food as a coping mechanism.

• Self-compassion and forgiveness: Cultivate self-compassion and practice forgiveness towards oneself for past eating habits or perceived failures.

• Mindful eating and self-care practices: Discover how to integrate mindful eating with self-care practices to support emotional well-being.
