We’ll help you learn what your plan covers, choose or change a Primary Care Physician (PCP), get help with referrals, and replace lost ID cards. Call us to report a pregnancy, birth, or changes that might affect your benefits (for example, you get a job that offers health care coverage).
We’re available Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. Medicaid and Child Health Plus Members can call 1-800-852-7826. Harmonious Health Care Plan Members may call 1-844-946-8002. TTY members can call 711.

If you do not speak english, we can help
We want you to know how to use MVP Health Care, no matter what language you speak. Call us and we will find a way to talk to you in your own language. We have a group of people who can help. We will also help you find a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who speaks your language if one is available.
Help for people with disabilities
If you use a wheelchair, are blind, or have trouble hearing, call us if you need extra help. We can tell you if a particular provider’s office is wheelchair accessible or is equipped with communications devices. Also, we offer helpful services including:
- Relay link to TTY/TDD machine (711)
- Information in large print
- Case management
- Help in making or getting to appointments
- Names and addresses of providers who specialize in serving persons with disabilities
Enrollment and eligibility
To enroll in a Child Health Plus plan, call 1-800-825-5687 from Monday – Friday from 8 am to 6 pm Eastern Time.
Child Health Plus is available in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Genesee, Greene, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Monroe, Oneida, Ontario, Orange, Putnam*, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Sullivan, Rockland, Ulster, Warren, Washington or Westchester counties.
