Schenectady, NY, March 13, 2020—Out of an abundance of caution related to the COVID-19 virus, MVP Health Care has directed many of our employees to work from home. This proactive measure is part of MVP’s effort to help protect the health and safety of our communities and ultimately do our part to flatten the COVID-19 curve.

The company has taken careful steps to ensure all employees have access to the tools they need to continue working remotely, and members can expect the same level of exceptional service. While MVP offices across New York and Vermont will be closed for in-person enrollment, anyone who does not yet have access to health insurance and needs it should reach out to MVP’s customer support line at 1-800-TALK-MVP(1-800-825-5687)to be enrolled via phone.

Given the COVID-19 virus’ rapid rate of contagion, it’s important that all people and organizations do their part to slow the spread of this disease. At MVP, our top priority is—and has always been—protecting the health and well-being of our members, employees, partners, providers, and the communities we serve.

MVP Health Care is committed to providing our members with the most up-to-date information as possible. We will be frequently updating our website (www.mvphealthcare.com) and social media sites as new information becomes available.
