Ellen Sax Promoted to Vice President at MVP Health Care

SCHENECTADY, NY, February 2, 2016―MVP Health Care has announced the promotion of Director of Community Engagement Ellen Sax to Vice President of Community Engagement. In her new role, Sax is responsible for developing, enhancing and monitoring MVP’s strategic philanthropic positioning, partnerships, and community outreach. She works closely with the executive team and staff throughout the organization to ensure that MVP’s community support and giving program reflects MVP’s values and commitment to healthy communities.
Prior to joining MVP in February 2014, Sax was the vice president of Community Relations for KeyBank N.A’s Capital Region.

Sax earned a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation counseling services, a master’s in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, all from Syracuse University.
