MVP Health Care Joins with New York Wine and Culinary Center to Present Community Supported Agriculture Fair

ROCHESTER, NY, February 25, 2016―MVP Health Care and St. John’s will hold a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Fair on Saturday, March 12 from 11 am to 3 p.m.  Community members are welcome to participate and learn how to make an investment in a local farm and receive fresh produce weekly all season long through the CSA.  The CSA Fair will be held at New York Wine and Culinary Center located at 800 South Main Street in Canandaigua, NY.

During the CSA Fair, New York Wine and Culinary Center chefs will give demonstration on healthy and quick farm-to-table recipes available for attendees to sample.  Those demonstrations will take place throughout the day at 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm in the Educational Theater.  Individuals and families can meet local farmers, compare share options and sign up for a 2016 farm share.  Registration is not required and there is no fee to attend.
